Debbie Giles is our Preschool Manager and works everyday the Preschool is open. She is our Safeguarding and Health and Safety Lead.
With over 24 years experience working in Early Years, Debbie is a qualified Early Years Teacher, has Level 3 Forest School Accreditation and is Paediatric First Aid Trained.
Kerry Sherlock joined the preschool in January 2019. Previously, she worked as a Nursery Manager at a Pre-Prep and Nursery school.
Kerry holds a level 5 in Early Years Management, a Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification and a current paediatric first aid certificate. She works on all four days the preschool is open and brings many ideas to the setting, enhancing the areas of learning using a child centred approach.
Abi Jackson became a voluntary helper at the preschool in 2010, before joining our supply staff in 2015 and then our permanent team in 2016. She brings particular talents in art, craft and design to the preschool. Abi has completed a Children’s Learning and Development (Early Years Educator) Advanced (level 3) training course. She also holds a Paediatric First Aid certificate and is the setting’s SENCo. Abi works on all four days the preschool is open. She has three children of her own.
Abby Moore is our Business Manager and joined the team in summer 2022 having previously worked as a Business Manager for a large charity.
Abby has 2 children of her own.
The preschool has a team of regular supply staff who cover staff absences. Our supply staff are all familiar with the preschool’s ethos and know the children well. Please ask our Preschool Manager if you would like further information on our Supply Team.
